Los Angeles in Crisis: "This Was a Disaster Waiting to Happen"

“There’s no water coming out of the fire hydrants.”

Fury erupts as the Los Angeles fires continue to rage, exposing a system stretched to its breaking point. “This is absolute mismanagement by the city—not the firefighters’ fault.”

Criticism is mounting as residents point to leadership failures:
“We’ve got a mayor that’s out of the country, a city that’s burning, and no resources to put out the fires.”

The warning signs were clear, yet nothing was done. “This was a disaster waiting to happen.”
The fires burn on, and the outrage grows louder.
