Schon vor 30 Jahren habe ich mein Gehalt als Angestellter als "direct bank deposit" bekommen.

Und wenn man Google fragt, wie zB die Google Angestellten ihr Gehalt bekommen, bekommt man zur Antwort:

"At Google, employees typically receive their salary through direct bank deposit, a standard, secure, and fast method, usually processed with taxes pre-deducted, according to Reddit user experiences. New hires provide their bank account information during onboarding to ensure the funds are deposited directly into their accounts, generally on a set date near the end of the month, the 15th, or the 20th."

Das ist auch meine Erfahrung der letzten mind. 10 Jahre, wenn ich zB einen Consulting Job bei den Amis durchgeführt habe. Die fragen dann noch nach der "routing number" bzw. nach der Bank und der Branch Address.
