Ich könnte mir durchaus vorstellen, dass man damit als Basis das Verhalten der Bevölkerung in Bezug auf die jeweilige Parametrisierung der Stammdaten analysiert. Dazu bräuchte man aber eben noch Bewegungsdaten z.B. per Smartphone und Google Maps…..

Diese Stammdaten enthalten anscheinend nicht die Verantwortlichen der Maßnahmen. Ich bin mir relativ sicher, dass es andere Sammler gibt, die diese Daten enthalten.
