Die jahre- und jahrzehntelange Kreditklemme in den USA ist ja legendär und wurde hier im Forum schon oft thematisiert. Wegen der restriktiven Kreditpolitik kam es sogar zur großen Krise 2008 (siehe Schaubild).

Die Bankaktien sind regelrecht abgeschmiert und bilden das Schlusslicht im Dow (DJIA).

Trump weiter, dass hier als Handlanger des Teufels wohlbekannte Gestalten wie Larry Fink und Jamie Dimon froh sein können, nicht im Knast zu sitzen:

“He managed a lot of my money,” Mr. Trump said.

The president then pointed to James Dimon, chief executive of J.P. Morgan, the largest U.S. bank by assets, as he discussed making changes to the Dodd-Frank law.

“There is nobody better to tell me about Dodd-Frank than Jamie,” the president said.
