Ausserdem kannst Du nicht so einfach einen Betrieb mit 12.000 Mitarbeitern (soviel das neue Apple-Hauptquartier allein) komplett neu besetzen.

Was die Hauspreise betrifft, ist das nur eine Vorgeschmack, was in Deutschland nur spaeter kommt. Falls Du eine Immobilie besitzt, kannst Du sie deinen gluecklichen Nachkommen vererben, selber leisten werden sie sich das wohl nie koennen.

Die für Alles vor 2025 veröffentlichten Prognosen sind ja recht zahm im Vergleich zu den Veränderungen, die für 2025 vorausorakelt werden.

Und ja, da lagen sie teils daneben, allerdings entbehren sowohl Vorhersagen als auch das reale Delta zu den Vorhersagen jeglicher Dramatik, die sodann für 2025 prognostiziert wurde.

Es zieht vor allem viele Menschen in die Suedstaaten, weil dort die Lebenshaltungskosten und Steuern wesentlich niedriger sind als an der West- wie Ostkueste. Fuer ein normales EFH zahlt man in der San Francsico Bay Area mittlerweile 1,5 Millionen Dollar, waehrend es z.B. in Nashville/Tennessee fuer unter 400,000 Dollar zu haben ist.

400.000$ für eine Bretterbude, die beim nächsten Hurrican in ihre Einzelteile zerlegt wird?

Viele Firmen machen seit fast 2 Jahren Heimarbeit, von daher ist fuer viele Angestellte der Wohnort ziemlich egal.

Ein Job, der in Heimarbeit erledigt wird, kann genau so gut in Mumbai, Indien erledigt werden für 1/10 des amerikanischen Gehalts. Oder in wuhan, aber nicht mehr für 1/10 des amerikanischen Gehalts. Haben diese Firmen zu viel Geld?

Soweit ich die Entwicklung der Bevölkerungszahlen der Staaten Südamerikas erinnere, ist es dort auch nicht annähernd zu einem Zuwachs von insgesamt 200 Mio gekommen!

Eine globale militärische Auseinandersetzung ist auszuschließen, da die beschriebene drastische Schrumpfung von Einwohnerzahl und Wirtschaftsleistung ausschließlich Westeuropa, den Commonwealth und die USA betrifft.
